We visit you and take the measurements required to begin the design process.

We put together a scale, easy to understand drawing of your proposed loft room, clearly laying out its size, shape and potential. Together with a works proposal specific to your requirements and a quote, we'll revisit you at home to talk it all through.

We’ll arrange for you to visit a property near you to see the quality of our work for yourself.

You Decide. Should you wish to proceed, we do all the paperwork.  We'll ensure that any and all permissions are in place before proceeding.

You Approve. Professional, architectural plans are put together and sent to you for your final approval. You have the final say on everything.

We Build. When you're ready, the work begins. You'll have a single, dedicated team and project manager. What you won’t be getting is a different set of builders turning up each day.

Throughout the build our work is inspected by Independent Building Inspectors. They work for you (not us) and check our work at each stage along the way. This ensures that we are building in accordance with every possible building regulation and you are guaranteed quality.

Your loft is beautifully finished… and you receive all the necessary documentation and certification from us and from your independent building inspection team.
