1. Terraced property in Wood Green, London requiring a rear dormer loft conversion incorporating a bedroom and shower room.
Pure lofts recently finished this project for a newly
expanded young family!
4 Companies were called in. Pure Lofts quote of £31450 was cheaper than 2 of the other companies, and when references were checked out the quality of our work was seen to be second to none. We were asked to carry out the work.
We know our quote of £31450 was honest, fair and competitive and the client was delighted with her decision to choose Pure Lofts.
2. Semi-Detached House requiring a hip to gable loft conversion for a large bedroom and en-suite shower room.
Pure Lofts was asked to put together a proposal and some
prices for this Edwardian house in SW London. Our quote
of £37750 was the cheapest of 3 quotes obtained by the
client. Again, our references were checked and we were
asked to carry out the work, and, again, Pure Lofts knew
our original quote to be honest and competitive. The job
was finished inside 6 weeks, on budget (we never go over!)
and our clients couldn't be more delighted.
3. Velux Loft Conversion, Twickenham, to include either 2 bedrooms and a shower room or 1 large bedroom with shower room.
Pure Lofts was asked to put together some loft conversion prices for this family house in TW1. The 2 options were for 1 large or 2 smaller bedrooms with shower room. This was for a very big house and Pure Lofts quoted £27850 and £29450 for the 2 options. We were found to be the middle quote of the 3 obtained but, given the high quality of our work, the client felt we were the most honestly priced and offered us the job.
The client was delighted with their decision and, since completion, has phoned a number of times offering to act as a reference and inviting us to visit and take photos for future use.
